We will be releasing Patch 1.13.0 on Wednesday at 10 AM BST, during this time we will have an extended downtime estimated at 5 hours. If it extends beyond that, we will post below and let you know.
Patch Notes 1.13.0
We are very pleased to bring daily activities to APB. Daily activities will allow you to earn Joker Tickets in Financial and Waterfront districts, by completing special activities for contacts! These activities can be accepted from any contact you have maximum standing with by simply speaking to them and accepting their activity. These activities range from a set numbers of kills or mission wins to more specific events related to open world activities.
Players will be able to complete five challenges per day; only one per contact, per day. Each of the activities contacts offer reflect their personality; therefore most will offer different tasks. These will cycle the following day with a chance of contacts offering a different challenge from the previous day.
PLEASE NOTE: Now that players are able to earn Joker Tickets in action districts, we'll be reducing the Fight Club rewards, and the requirements for them, to balance out the Joker Ticket economy now that players can earn tickets in the action districts. This will take effect from: 30/09/13.
Players are now able to purchase leased modifications from the Joker Distribution contacts - regardless of their rating!
The initial supported modifications are:

Car Surfer Flak Jacket Fragile Hard Landing Radar Jammer Spotter Valzipram Tablets
NOTE: All these mods have a 7 day lease.

Enabled shuffle by default on the music player (this will only affect new characters, so your existing settings won't be affected).
Adding 'Burst-Fire' to description of Marksman Role (previously read "Advanced by honorably killing players with Semi-Auto Rifles" now reads "Advanced by honorably killing players with Semi-Auto Rifles and Burst-Fire Rifles"). Adjusting drop downs to 'Less Than Lethal' from 'Crowd Control Guns'.
Added a message box for users who fall below the recommended available system RAM, after starting the game.
We've finally found and fixed the issue that would cause some client's fps to nose dive if they cycled weapons on the inventory screen by double clicking (rather than using the buttons).
We've implemented some fixes to prevent the quick switching exploit with the HVR & Scout.
A vehicle with a VIP in it will now return to normal speed when a mission ends. Previously it would retain the speed restriction after the mission was over.
The district enter warning message should now only be shown for districts with a non-zero threat. Zero threat districts are social or fight club districts that anyone can enter.
CHECKPOINTS Fixing various checkpoints in Financial that were floating or doing things they otherwise shouldn't be doing.
Fixed an issue that would occur at the end of a mission where the money being sent to the player was incorrect.
We've made the elective spawn system more robust so it can better handle cases where a player may be temporarily disconnected from the server.
Adjusting Creme-de-la-crime drop off values.
Adjusting the death camera slightly to alleviate the issue where the camera can cut through the floor.
Fixed a visual issue with the Spanish weapon skin.
Changed friend online status notification so that it now waits till the player is fully online before sending the notifications.
Fixed a texture issue with the Poland skin for the Carbine.
Fixed the alignment of the APB siren flashing that occurs at the start of an opposed mission (it's always been off...). We've slightly reduced the size of the font used in the Fight Club Challenge UI, so that text now properly fits within the window without being cut off.
Fixed a rare music player issue that could cause a client crash. Fixed a rare character customisation data issue that could cause a client to crash. Fixed an issue that could lead to a server crash. Fixed a very rare client crash that was related to the music player. Fixed a client crash that could occur on district switching. Fixed a rendering issue that could cause a client to crash. Fixed a garbage collection issue that could cause a client to crash.
